Total Health Urgent Care was founded by Jennifer Duncan, a nurse practitioner with more than 25 years in emergency and urgent care medicine. After years in hospitals and ER administration, she built Total Health around a simple idea: see patients on short notice, any day, before school or after work.
It is an honor and a privilege to serve the St. Tammany Parish community with compassionate, immediate care close to home.

Do I need an appointment?
No. Total Health Urgent Care is a walk-in clinic, open 7 days a week from 7AM to 7PM. You are welcome to call ahead with questions, but no appointment is required.
What insurance do you accept?
We accept most major health insurance plans and bill your insurer directly. Self-pay options are also available, an office visit is $130 and an on-site X-ray is $75. Call us to confirm your specific plan.
Do you really offer free sports and school physicals?
Yes. School and sports physicals for student-athletes are free at Total Health. Just walk in any day of the week, no appointment needed.
What are your hours?
We are open every day of the week, including weekends, from 7AM to 7PM.
